Randy Zinn is a proud father to a son (b. 2012) and daughter (b. 2016) and loves spending time with them when not writing memoirs, making music, playing golf, or lap swimming. Under another name, he’s published non-fiction and fantasy stories with a literary bent, and released several albums of his music (hard rock and acoustic guitar). He holds a Bachelor of Music in classical guitar, Magna cum Laude, and has worked as a software developer/architect in the Washington D.C. area for over 20 years as an employee, contractor, or consultant through his own company.
His motto – “Struggle. Overcome. Repeat.” – is a testimony to the many issues he has faced – Inattentive ADHD, speech problems, depression, suicide, bullying, being Learning Disabled, and devastating injury, and more, all leading to his dramatic, life-changing transformation as covered in his memoirs.
